Signing

Allen is back

COLERAINE FC is pleased confirm the signing of Curtis Allen who returns to the club for a second spell…

The striker returns to the club on an initial loan deal until the end of the campaign, however, the 31-year-old has agreed and signed a further two-year contract, which comes into effect for the start of next season.

Allen is no stranger to The Showgrounds having scored 44 goals across two seasons and he has represented AFC Bournemouth, Lisburn Distillery, Linfield, Inverness and most recently, Glentoran throughout his career.

Coleraine boss Oran Kearney spoke of his delight at the move on transfer deadline day.

“I’m delighted to welcome Curtis back to the club,” he said.

“He has scored goals throughout his career and I’ve no doubt he will continue to do so here.

“He was keen to come and I can’t wait to get working with him again.”

An interview with our latest recruit will be published on the club’s social media in the coming days.
