Bannsiders set for Super week

THE wait is finally over for the Coleraine FC Under 13s squad who will playing in the Minor Section of the SuperCup NI this year…

The squad have been training hard since May in preparation for the tournament with John Gregg and his coaching team putting them through their paces. The boys are to be congratulated for their dedication and commitment and are in peak condition for the competition.

The Bannsiders will compete in Group C of the Minor under-13 section with dates, times and venue as follows:

• Monday 28th July vs Global Premier Soccer – Anderson Park – 3pm
• Tuesday 29th July vs Bertie Peacocks – The Showgrounds – 2pm
• Wednesday 30th July vs Glentoran – Broughshane – 12pm

Luke Dennison: Centre Half

At 7 foot 3, Luke is a commanding presence in the box and not much gets past him. An intregal part of the squad.

Jacob Dallas: Centre Half

Jacob is a talented defender whose timing in the tackle is excellent. Jacob is an excellent communicator who always keeps his back four right.

Ryan Sheppard: Midfielder

Ryan is a tenacious midfielder who is known for scoring some fantastic goals from long distance.

Danny Smyth: Midfielder/ Striker

Danny can play up front, midfield or at centre half, and whatever position he plays, once he opens those long legs and starts sprinting, no one is going to catch him.

Travis McGowan: Striker
