COLERAINE FC is proud to celebrate the achievements of three of our talented young players who have received special recognition for representing Northern Ireland in this year’s Centenary Shield…

Senan Devine, Aidan Tejada and Sam McClintock were part of the Northern Ireland squad which took on Wales, England, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland in the tournament.

In a Centenary Shield Caps Night event on Friday, all three players received their caps for their participation in all five games. Unfortunately, Sam was unable to attend due to a family holiday.

In further recognition, Senan Devine – who was named Man of the Match against Wales – was the recipient of the Frankie Wilson Award.

Sam McClintock was named as the Players’ Player of the Year and the tournament’s top goalscorer, which included being named Man of the Match against England.

Last but not least, Aidan Tejada was also Man of the Match in the game against Scotland.

We look forward to seeing their continued growth and contribution both on and off the pitch. Well done, lads — you’ve done Coleraine FC proud!
