CHIEF Executive Officer Dale Pryde-MacDonald has shared a Christmas message with supporters, players, staff, volunteers, and partners of the club…
As we approach the festive period, I would like to take the opportunity to wish everybody associated with the club – supporters, players, staff and sponsors, a very Merry Christmas and prosperous 2026.
Having only been at the club since July, I have been overwhelmed by the support, kindness and warm welcome from everybody, not just within the club, but within the local community. Joining Coleraine FC and relocating to the area have certainly been two of the best decisions I have made in my career.
I have to pay massive tribute to our incredible staff and players, who every day give the club so much. Their commitment, dedication and passion are unmatched and the sense of unity within the club has become so strong in such a short space of time. The openness, support and encouragement that everybody within the building has given to the club’s leadership has been tremendous and I know with the people in the building that we can and will achieve a lot of success both on and off the field.
2026 will bring with it new and fresh challenges. We are still at the very early stages of a long-term project and there are definitely areas we need to improve and develop. That said, we have made a lot of progress to date and that again comes down to the people within the club who are working ever-so-hard. Our job in 2026 is to continue to raise standards and drive our direction on a positive trajectory, where everybody can play their part.
To our supporters, not everybody out there will have an easy Christmas. Some of our supporters will face the most challenging festive period they have ever had, so please make sure that those around you know you are there for them – pick up the phone, pop round to see them or just remind them, they are part of the Coleraine FC family. Together we are stronger, together we can strengthen our community further and together we can enjoy the companionship that football brings.
Again, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and prosperous 2026 ahead.
Dale Pryde-MacDonald
Chief Executive Officer at Coleraine Football Club
