Club Charter for European Fixture

COLERAINE FC will be organising a chartered flight for the upcoming Europa League qualifier…

The European Adventure 2018 begins.  For the second year in a row we are playing in the UEFA Europa League and those fortunate enough to experience Haugesund last year will no doubt wish to have the opportunity to do likewise this year, though hopefully in a different location.The draw will take place on the 20th June 2018 in Nyon. It is anticipated we will play our first game away from home on the 12th July 2018 as we are unseeded, however if this is not the case then the away leg will take place on the 19th July 2018.

As last year the club is proposing to Charter a flight to facilitate ease of travel to and from our destination.There will be approximately 100 seats available, maybe a few more depending on size of plane etc.

We expect considerable interest and uptake for this opportunity to attend the away leg and in the interest of fairness we plan to offer the opportunity to book firstly to those who attended last year’s away leg and then subsequently an open sale.The cost of the trip will be £300 per person which will include coach transfer from Coleraine FC Showgrounds to Belfast International Airport and back, coach transfer to and from your hotel at destination, and a ticket for the away game.

The club will, as last year, book a centrally located hotel and advise fans as to the cost per room. Fans are free to make their own arrangements for hotel, however there will be only one drop off point at destination for the bus.

It is important to emphasise the cost does not include your accommodation. Supporters are also advised to arrange their own travel insurance etc as the club will not be responsible for this.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, and are available on the dates in question before booking as the club cannot be responsible for events outside their control.

Please note there will be no holding places and payment of £200 deposit, must be made at time of booking to confirm seat on flight. The remaining £100 must be paid no later than 25th June 2018. The deposit is non refundable, so please ensure before booking you are available to travel.

Supporters who attended last year’s away game will be given preference to purchase a place on Tuesday 5th June between 2pm-7pm at the club shop. The remaining places will go on general sale on Wednesday 6th June between 2pm – 7pm at the club shop.
