Manager
Oran Kearney
Oran Kearney was re-appointed as Coleraine boss in July 2019 following a ten-month stint with Scottish side St. Mirren. During his first spell at the club, Kearney guided Coleraine to Irish Cup success in May 2018, a week after finishing league runners-up to Crusaders in a close race for the Irish Premiership title. After miraculously keeping St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership, Kearney returned to The Showgrounds and added the League Cup to his list of honours.
Assistant Manager
William Murphy
William Murphy joined the Bannsiders as Oran Kearney's assistant manager at the start of the 2015-16 season following a glittering career with Linfield and Glenavon. The no-nonsense defender won every honour in the local game and his willingness to win has been a massive factor in the Stripes' turnaround since his arrival.
First-Team Coach
Marty McCann
A former player at The Showgrounds, McCann made 84 appearances for the club between 1999 to 2001. The 51-year-old has worked in a coaching capacity at Derry City, Finn Harps and most recently Cliftonville, where he left the Reds following Paddy McLaughlin’s decision to step down as manager at Solitude.
First-Team Coach
Stephen Lowry
Stephen officially joined the backroom staff in a player/coach role ahead of the start of the 2023/24 campaign. The Limavady man has already completed the first part of his coaching badges and will combine that with playing for the season ahead.
Goalkeeping Coach
Michael Doherty
Michael Doherty has gone from experiencing first-team action to becoming a goalkeeping coach at the club. 'Doc' first joined the Bannsiders in 2011 as Oran Kearney's number one before enjoying another spell at Institute. His return saw the experienced stopper help develop the young 'keepers at The Showgrounds, as well as nurturing the likes of Chris Johns, Gareth Deane and Martin Gallagher.
Physiotherapist
Ciaran Ferris
Ciaran is currently first-team physiotherapist at the club alongside Alan Millar. His first involvement with the Bannsiders will always be remembered as he was on duty when Coleraine beat NK Maribor on penalties in the Europa League.
Kitman
Darrell Coyles
Darrell Coyles is one of the men responsible for the first team's kit in training and matches. He travels to every senior game home and abroad, ensuring O'Donnell and co have everything they need. He has currently been in the role for the last three years.
