The winger topped the polls ahead of Graham Kelly, Lyndon Kane and Andy Scott as the Bannsiders got their 2023/24 campaign underway.

McKendry put in a Man of the Match performance on the opening weekend of the season as he provided two assists in the 2-1 win against Ballymena United.

The Carnlough man also netted in the 2-1 away success against Loughgall, as well as starting our other three Premiership clashes this month.
