DESPITE scoring a hat-trick, Joel Cooper says the important thing was earning all three points in yesterday’s 5-1 success against Glenavon…

Cooper netted goals either side of half-time – as well as the final goal of the contest – as the Bannsiders made a return to winning ways.

Speaking to Coleraine TV after the game, Cooper discussed all three of his goals and his reflections on the week that saw a win at Portadown and a home draw against Linfield.

Cooper is now on 10 goals for the campaign and he opened up on his own form to date.
