The full-back’s current deal was due to run out this summer but he has since agreed terms to remain on the Ballycastle Road.
Jarvis joined the club in the 2022 summer transfer window from Larne and has racked up 126 appearances in that time – scoring six times in the process.
Initially joining on a part-time basis, the 33-year-old has helped pass on his experience as the club moved into a full-time model.
Speaking about the contract extension, boss Ruaidhri Higgins said: “Dean has been in fantastic form and is probably in the best physical condition I’ve seen him in throughout his career.
“He is a very talented footballer who also gives us good versatility. It is important to have people like Dean around as he keeps driving standards.
“He is a really important part of our group and he is highly respected in the dressing room amongst the players and staff.”
