Report:

Stephen Carson grabbed an injury-time winner for Coleraine in a dramatic Premiership clash against Glenavon.

Gareth Tommons rounded keeper John Connolly before slotting in the opener for the hosts after 24 minutes.

A dramatic finish to the game started with Lurgan Blues midfielder Ciaran Martyn netting twice in five minutes.

Eoin Bradley quickly headed the Bannsiders level and Glenavon wasted chances before Stephen Carson swept the ball in from six yards.

The impressive Bradley created the opener, his pass allowing Tommons to beat Connolly and tap in.

Glenavon midfielder Andy McGrory saw his shot saved by Wayne Drummond while David Rainey headed over from a Kyle Neill cross just before the break.

The Lurgan Blues improved in the second half and Martyn levelled on 74 minutes with a six-yard finish from substitute Mark Patton’s pass.

Patton and fellow substitutes Gareth McKeown and Gary Hamilton were involved in a move five minutes later which ended with Martyn netting to make it 2-1.

Bradley headed in an equaliser a minute later from Gary Browne’s cross before Reece Marshall and Guy Bates squandered opportunities to edge the visitors ahead.

Carson won it in the first minute of added time, slotting in from a Joel Bradley cross and clinching the three points.
