COLERAINE Women Reserves produced a top performance to overcome Belfast Ravens III yesterday afternoon…
The Bannsiders had to do things the hard way as they fell behind to an early goal from the hosts.
However, Coleraine were creating chances at will and it paid off as Lindsay Norton equalised.
This lifted confidence levels and Coleraine turned the game on its head to lead before the break when Norton added her second of the afternoon.
It was certainly Norton’s day as she also scored twice in the second half to take her tally to four as Coleraine stretched their lead.
The fitness levels amongst the whole squad helped the Bannsiders complete the scoring for 5-1 as Eve Anderson also got on the scoresheet.
A great display from everyone involved.
