REGISTRATION for the first 20 places on the Hues of Blues “FREEKICK” programme is now open…

The programme commences in The Academy Suite at the Showgrounds on Monday, November 7 (7pm-8:30pm) and runs for five consecutive Monday evenings through to December 5.

With all spaces free of charge and each session limited to 20 people, this unique series of wellbeing events provides an excellent opportunity for anyone over 18 who wants to be more proactive about their mental fitness in these challenging times.

This first five-week programme will deliver a fun, interactive, learning experience with plenty of surprises and special guest appearances.

Expect a strong emphasis on club/community and on building some really vital resilience skills to help you move forward, whatever your circumstances.
