Fundraising efforts at 12 Irish League grounds in 8 days

COLERAINE FC would like to urge supporters to donate generously to the fundraising efforts made by Jonathan Lindsay who is running 8 marathons in as many days…

Good afternoon  – you may have possibly read an article in local media this week about this:-  starting this Saturday (28th October), I am undertaking a challenge run which will span each of the 12 Irish League grounds (includes Portadown but not Warrenpoint).  I will be commencing this next Saturday week starting at Ards FC in Bangor, before finishing the following Saturday (4th November) at Ferney Park in Ballinamallard – the total distance will be approximately 210 miles over 8 days.

I am running this for 2 charities – Camerons PANDAS Fund which is a charity my family set up for families of children affected by the same brain condition PANDAS my son Cameron has, and also Cure4Cam which is aiming to raise much needed funds for 11 year old Cameron Truesdale who is currently receiving treatment for a brain tumour in Mexico.  Any monies raised will be split 50-50.

The times I plan to be at each ground is as follows (these are approximate but shouldn’t be too far off).

Saturday 28th October
0730 – Bangor Fuels Arena
0945 – The Oval
1030 – Windsor Park
1130 – Solitude
1200 – Seaview
1400 – Loughshore Arena

Sunday 29th October
1400 – Ballymena Showgrounds

Monday 30th October
1430 – Coleraine Showgrounds

Thursday 2nd November
1100 – Mourneview Park
1230 – Shamrock Park

Friday 3rd November

Saturday 4th November
