Good character to bounce back

COLERAINE midfielder Lee Lynch spoke to the club’s media channel after netting his first goal for his new employers…

Lynch would make the breakthrough on 54 minutes as he swept home a delightful left foot effort before Dean Jarvis added a second four minutes later after being picked out by Jamie Glackin.

Speaking to Coleraine TV, Lynch remarked that it was great to get back to winning ways after the defeat to Glentoran and that the Bannsiders didn’t implement their game at The Oval.

The Limerick man admits the team didn’t panic at half-time after going in scoreless and recapped on his goal after Josh Carson picked him out with a superb through ball.

Lynch joked that Jarvis’ goal was a collector’s item and he looked ahead to returning to Larne next weekend.
