RUAIDHRI Higgins praised the mentality of his players as they scored yet another late goal to pick up all three points against Glentoran last night…

Lewis McGregor grabbed the stoppage-time winner as the Bannsiders left The Oval with maximum points to show for their efforts.

Higgins alluded to the fact that his players and staff had to enjoy the moment of their late heroics at a venue that has been troublesome in recent years.

After netting late against Ballymena, Higgins remarked how his squad have turned potentially two points into six and how he loves the mentality within the group.

He further commented on the two goals, which included Joe Thomson’s opener, as well as giving credit to McGregor his attitude despite not having as much game as he would’ve liked.
