Kearney delighted as Bradley extends contract

EOIN Bradley becomes the latest player to sign a contract extension with the club…

The striker has agreed a one-year extension that will tie the former Glenavon man down to the club until 2020. There is also an option between both parties to extend Bradley’s deal by another year to 2021. ‘Skinner’ is currently enjoying his second spell with the Stripes after re-joining in January 2017 from the Lurgan Blues.

Bradley has made 79 appearances for the club since making his debut and has bagged 30 goals. The most recent was the decisive third in this month’s Irish Cup success against Cliftonville. The Glenullin man joins Josh Carson, Aaron Traynor, Adam Mullan and Steven Douglas in agreeing a new deal this week.

Coleraine boss Oran Kearney couldn’t hide his delight at the news.

“Eoin has been an important player for us since he has returned,” Kearney said.

“It’s no coincidence that our form in the last 18 months started when he re-signed for the club.

“It’s a big boost for us and Skinner is deserving of this new deal.

“He is a great influence around the changing room and his eagerness to return from a serious injury before schedule speaks volumes.”
