COLERAINE currently have three players out on loan and here’s a recap of how they got on during October…

Eamon Fyfe has linked-up again with former boss Niall Currie at Portadown whilst Lewis Tosh is currently embarking on a second successive loan at Limavady United.

Luca Doherty has also joined the Roesiders on loan as he hopes to gain senior experience under Paul Owens’ leadership.

EAMON FYFE

Eamon started all five games during October as Portadown won every single one.

The striker would net braces in the wins against Coagh United (BetMcLean Cup) and Dollingstown (Mid-Ulster Cup).

Niall Currie’s side would also register victories in the Championship against Newington, H&W Welders and Knockbreda.

The Ports will face Loughgall away from home in the semi-final of the Mid-Ulster Cup, as well as hosting Crusaders in the second round of the BetMcLean Cup.

LEWIS TOSH

Lewis started four and was a used substitute in Limavady’s six games throughout October.

Limavady would defeat Dundela in the BetMcLean Cup, Ballinamallard United in the North-West Cup and Newbuildings United in the Irish Cup, as well as wins in the Premier Intermediate against Portstewart and Moyola Park.

Their only defeat would come against Warrenpoint Town as Lewis was on the scoresheet in a 3-2 defeat at Milltown.

Paul Owens’ side host Glenavon in the second round of the BetMcLean Cup.

LUCA DOHERTY

Luca started one, was a used substitute in four games and an unused substitute in another during the month.

The Northern Ireland youth international started in United’s win against Newbuildings United in the Irish Cup.

The winger will be hoping to get even more game time during November as Paul Owens’ troops face Desertmartin in the semi-final of the Craig Memorial Cup.
