HIGHLIGHTS from the Bannsiders’ victory against Carrick Rangers can now be viewed on the club’s official YouTube account…

Coleraine left Taylors Avenue with all three points as Joel Cooper and Ben Doherty netted second half goals.

The Bannsiders made a bright start and threatened after just four minutes when Matthew Shevlin flashed an effort wide from Joel Cooper’s cross.

The hosts then went close on two occasions through Jordan Forsythe and BJ Burns, with the latter forcing Lewis Webb into a smart save with a shot from the edge of the box.

However, the breakthrough arrived on 56 minutes as Dylan Boyle’s clever ball over the top picked out the run of Cooper and he made no mistake for his first goal of the campaign.

The three points were then wrapped up four minutes from time as Ben Doherty seized upon a loose ball, surged forward and picked his spot with an accurate finish.
