Coleraine made it three successive wins in the Premiership after a 4-1 triumph at The Showgrounds.

Ruaidhri Higgins’ men made a rapid start as Senan Devine lashed home after 53 seconds, before it was 2-0 four minutes later as Jay Henderson’s powerful run and accurate finish doubled the advantage.

Remarkably, Coleraine added a third by the eight-minute mark as another fine team move saw Matthew Shevlin plant a header beyond the dive of Shea Callister.

Further chances would come and go until the Bannsiders added a fourth on 52 minutes as Devine was on hand to sweep home his second of the afternoon with a finish from inside the box.

The Hatchetmen pulled back a consolation goal with seven minutes to go as Owen Wardell’s cross from the right was slammed home by Michael Mulholland.
