The winger, who is adaptable at playing on either flank or in an attacking midfield position, joins the club on loan until January from Hamilton Academical.
The 27-year-old started his career at Queen of the South before enjoying a two-year spell at Partick Thistle.
Murray would return to Queen of the South for a solitary season as Hamilton swooped to land his services in 2023.
The Glasgow native played at the Coleraine Showgrounds last season in the SPFL Trust Trophy as the Accies ran out 3-1 victors.
Head coach Dean Shiels said of his latest recruit: “Connor is a player with proven quality at a high level in Scotland.
“He’s versatile and can play numerous positions in midfield and attack.
“He is a very talented footballer who is at a great age and will make our squad stronger.”
