The summer signing put in an excellent defensive performance alongside Scot Whiteside, David Ogilby and Adam Mullan as the Bannsiders kept a clean sheet against the Reds.

O’Donnell praised the whole team for an ‘excellent performance’ and hailed Josh Carson and Jamie McGonigle for two great finishes.

The Bannsiders travel to Seaview this weekend to face Crusaders and the former Institute player believes there is no reason why the Stripes can’t earn all three points.
