As such, the Podcast was pleased to welcome Senior Academy Director, Ollie Mullan, and U18’s manager, Marty Smith, on this week’s show.

The duo are joined by regular host Damian Mullan and contributor Johnny McNabb, and they discuss the U18’s season to date and other developments from the Youths set-up.

There is also a discussion about the emergence of young players into the first-team squad, as well as the pastoral care needed during difficult times.
