OK eager to create more memories

COLERAINE boss Oran Kearney and goalkeeper Gareth Deane speak to Coleraine TV ahead of the Europa Conference League second leg tie against FK Velez Mostar…

Kearney insists the players feel fresh after last week’s travelling and that they enjoyed two good training sessions ahead of the second leg. The boss also acknowledged how hard his players worked to qualify for Europe last year and that they won’t give up their fight to remain in the competition that easily.

With the match being played at Mourneview Park, Kearney has asked the Coleraine faithful to produce an electric atmosphere that can give the players an extra boost.

‘Keeper Deane reflected on last week’s first leg and admits he was ‘buzzing’ to be back in the starting line-up after suffering an injury towards the tail end of last season.

The ex-Linfield ace is fully expecting another battle at Mourneview Park and is hopeful of a similar atmosphere to the one he experienced in Sarajevo.
