About Aaron:
Aaron Traynor joined the Bannsiders in May 2017 after gaining promotion to the top flight with Warrenpoint Town. The left-back gained Irish League experience with Lisburn Distillery, Portadown and Carrick Rangers prior to his move to The Showgrounds. Aaron is as good going forward as he is defensively and adds an attacking threat from out wide. His consistent performances earned him a slot in the NIFWA Team of the Season for 2017/18 season. A cruel ACL injury in October 2018 will rule him out for a year and his absence will be a major blow.

Traynor is closed down by Andy Hall at The Showgrounds.

Traynor clears his lines against Crusaders in November 2017.

Traynor lifts the Irish Cup alongside Ciaron Harkin in May 2018.

Traynor is put under pressure during the goalless draw against Ards in September 2018.

Traynor is quick to celebrate with goalscorer Aaron Burns.
