A trip to Cookstown saw real strong performance from our Coleraine crew against Mid Ulster Ladies Reserves…
The away side were on the front foot all evening ,although struggled to get the goals required to lead against a combination of a well organised resilient Mid-Ulster defence, good goalkeeping and a sturdy woodwork which was rattled twice.
The second half saw Coleraine dominant proceedings but it was the hosts who capitalised on a good counter to take the lead..
However, the Bannsiders showed their determination and never-say-die attitude to level as Alex Bachman-Williams got on the scoresheet.
That set up a grandstand finish, and whilst Coleraine carved out a few more good chances, they failed to get the goal their played deserved as the game finished 1-1.
