JAMIE McGonigle says the Bannsiders showed “a good response” from their Irish Cup exit in Tuesday night’s 0-0 draw against Cliftonville at The Showgrounds…

McGonigle stated that the Stripes were solid at the back by keeping a clean sheet and hopefully the club can build on that heading into Saturday’s contest at Carrick Rangers.

The striker says he is feeling good after a few niggles at the start of the season, as well as commenting on the new arrivals in the January transfer window.
