DEAN Shiels spoke to Coleraine TV ahead of the Bannsiders’ home clash against Crusaders on Saturday…

The head coach started by saying that whilst the players were disappointed that the game against Glenavon didn’t take place last weekend, they got a lot of work done in preparation for upcoming fixtures.

Coleraine have beaten by a 2-1 scoreline against Crusaders three times this season and Shiels is hoping that his players produce the same level of performance but also back that up by securing all three points.

The squad has been boosted in the last week by the arrivals of Paddy Burns and Ronan Doherty, with Shiels believing the pair will be a huge asset heading into the business end of the season.
