Scott ready to play a part in history

JACK Scott insists he is looking forward to getting back on the pitch after signing for the Bannsiders…

The defender has put pen-to-paper on a two-and-a-half year deal and is in line to make his debut for the club in Friday night’s Irish Cup tie against Cliftonville.

Scott remarked his determination to do well in a Coleraine shirt, his conversations with boss Oran Kearney and how he is ready to be a part of the club’s history.

The 21-year-old spoke about his friendship with Lee Harkin – who he played with at Wolves – and how he wants to help the club pick up results.
