RUAIDHRI Higgins spoke to Coleraine TV after the Bannsiders claimed a 1-0 victory against Limavady United…

Joel Cooper’s goal on the stroke of half-time proved to be the difference as Coleraine earned their sixth successive Premiership win.

Higgins stated that whilst he had no complaints with his side’s first half performance, he was less than impressed with what they produced after the restart, labelling the second half as “not good enough”.

Cooper’s goal saw the attacker get on the end of a delightful pass from Dylan Boyle and Higgins remarked how it was similar to the Bannsiders’ goal at Carrick Rangers last month when the same two players combined.

Higgins had asked before the game for the fans to bring “an energy from the stands” and he saluted them for doing so.
