MATTHEW Shevlin’s effort against Glentoran has been chosen as your April Goal of the Month winner…

The striker’s clever turn and focus topped the polls ahead of his goals against Linfield and Cliftonville, as well as Jamie McGonigle’s strike against Linfield.

It marks the third time Shevlin has won the award after his goal against Ballymena United was chosen in August and his effort against Dungannon Swifts in March.

Dean will be presented with his award by Clement Dealey Photography in due course.
