HEAD coach Dean Shiels says he was left “bemused” by how his side failed to take all three points against Ballymena United…

The Stripes had trailed 2-0 at the break but rallied to take a share of the spoils as Cameron Stewart and Matthew Shevlin found the back of the net.

Shiels remarked the volume of chances his side created throughout the 90 minutes and his pride at how the players fought their back into the contest.

He added that nothing needed to be changed at half-time due to the attacking intent shown inside the opening 45 minutes and that the fans helped the players by getting behind the team.
