This programme has been a popular link for Coleraine FC Youths with their growing programme for girls at U9 & U11.

The Coleraine sessions begin on Thursday, 29 September from 4pm to 5pm and every week until November 24.

The Ballymoney sessions begin on Monday, September 26 at the Joey Dunlop Sports Centre from 4pm until 5pm and every week until November 21.
