Several first-team players, staff and Board of Directors were in attendance to enjoy a unique indoor golf experience – with plenty of competitiveness on display.

Causeway Golf Centre, which is based on the Ballymena Road, has over 100 courses on offer and users can rent golf clubs if needed, as well as enjoying snacks and refreshments.

Jamie Knipe, of Causeway Golf Centre, told that the facilities on offer is for golfers of all abilities.

“It was great to have Coleraine FC down at our state-of-the-art indoor golf centre,” he said.

“Causeway Golf Centre consists of four Trackman bays and a putting green for both non-golfers and experienced golfers alike to sharpen up and improve their game.

“Our aim is to provide a world class golf experience for all golfers around the country.”

Commercial Manager, Clement Dealey, expressed his gratitude to Causeway Golf Centre for their sponsorship.

“As a club, we would like to welcome Jamie and Joel Knipe as partners, with Basil Knipe who has been affiliated with Coleraine FC for years,” he added.

“The players and staff enjoyed an excellent couple of hours at Causeway Golf Centre last Sunday and we would like to thank them for their hospitality.

“Thankfully, a few of the players have decided to not pursue a career in golf – but they thoroughly enjoyed the craic and the facilities on offer.”
