Traynor: ‘We knew it was going to be a tough game’

COLERAINE defender Aaron Traynor speaks to Steven Crawford after helping the Bannsiders register a 2-0 success against Ballinamallard United…

The full-back put in another assured performance and helped the Stripes keep a clean sheet as goals from Ian Parkhill and Brad Lyons earned the success at Ferney Park.

The 27-year-old is looking forward to a return to Milltown after leaving Warrenpoint Town for Coleraine in the summer. However, the popular left-back admits his team-mates will have to be ‘tuned in’ if they want to register all three points against Matthew Tipton’s team on Friday night.

Traynor is relishing the festive fixtures ahead, but knows the squad have to take it one match at a time.
