It marks the third time this season that the winger has topped the monthly polls after coming out on top in August and October.

McKendry would net a brace in the 2-0 win away to Crusaders at the start of the month before netting twice during the marathon penalty shoot-out win against Ballymena United.

After missing the visit of Glentoran through suspension, McKendry would play an instrumental part on Saturday afternoon as he provided the assist for David McDaid’s equaliser against Carrick Rangers.

McKendry will be presented with his award by sponsors Fibrus in due course.
