This is a key leadership role at an exciting time for the club, as we look to build the most progressive and professional academy in the Irish League.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Overseeing the full academy structure and pathway
• Embedding a high-performance, player-first culture
• Aligning academy operations with the club’s long-term footballing philosophy
• Leading in coaching standards, player welfare, recruitment, and education
• Collaborating respectfully with existing staff and structures to raise standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Proven leadership in academy or youth development settings
• Strong understanding of modern coaching and performance environments
• A clear vision for player progression and long-term development
• Ability to lead cultural change while respecting the club’s values and history
Location: The Showgrounds, Coleraine (with regular travel)
Hours: Full-time, flexible to club needs
Salary: Competitive + expenses based on experience
