MICHAEL O’Connor says Coleraine’s motivation is writing the wrongs from their last visit to Carrick Rangers as the two teams square off on Saturday…

Speaking in a pre-match press conference, O’Connor remarked how the Bannsiders changed shape for the goalless draw against Cliftonville during the week, which he believes worked well despite limited time working on it.

Coleraine were beaten 2-1 by Carrick in the last meeting at Taylors Avenue and O’Connor remarked that the squad failed to turn up in east Antrim on that occasion.

O’Connor said there’s a strong determination within the Coleraine dressing room to finish in the top six and give European qualification a real rattle.
