JAMIE McGonigle insists working with Oran Kearney once again was a major factor in his decision to return to The Showgrounds…

The striker joined the Bannsiders for the second time in his career after putting pen-to-paper on a three-and-a-half year deal.

McGonigle stated that Kearney knows how to get the best out of him and that he has always kept an eye on Coleraine’s results since leaving.

He also reflected on a stop-start campaign with Derry City last season and his hunger to get back playing.
