DEAN Shiels says the Bannsiders are looking to kick-start their season once again as they travel to derby rivals Ballymena United on Saturday afternoon…

Shiels commented on the contrast in recent results between the two teams as Coleraine have lost their last three Premiership encounters, whilst Ballymena are top-of-the-table after winning eight league games in a row.

The head coach said there has been “a different feel” to training this week and the players are working hard to get back to winning ways.

Shiels says it’s important that his squad try to eliminate conceding soft goals but that they will travel to Warden Street with a positive mindset in terms of having the opportunity to pick up a positive result.

As well as confirming that Lyndon Kane will remain absent through injury, Shiels said a vocal travelling support can help his team pick up a positive result.
