DEAN Shiels says his Coleraine side are solely aiming on getting a run of results together as they host Portadown on Saturday…

The Bannsiders dropped to 8th in the table last weekend after a 3-3 draw against Glenavon but Shiels remarked how his players are still within touching distance of those above them as they are only five points behind second-placed Cliftonville.

The head coach also discussed how the squad have looked at improving their game management after conceding late goals against both Portadown and Glenavon so far this season.

Shiels also gave a glowing reference on the Ports and highlighted how Niall Currie’s men are strong away from home, as well as providing a squad update in terms of injuries and suspensions.
