Dooley: ‘I wanted to come back to my hometown club’

The 26-year-old revealed he still had a lot of feelings for the club and is delighted to have his future sorted out early in the transfer window.

Dooley admits he has been ‘very impressed’ by the squad this season and believes the Stripes were deserving winners against Dungannon Swifts at the weekend.

The winger is available for selection in January and the former Derry City man is ‘looking to hit the ground running’ in his third spell at The Showgrounds.
