The 22-year-old has put pen-to-paper on a three-year-deal and joins the club from Institute.

The central midfielder put in a number of impressive performances in the Danske Bank Premiership last season and scored the winner against the Stripes back in March.

Speaking after announcing his fourth arrival of the summer, Bannsiders boss Oran Kearney was pleased to secure the services of a long-time target.

“It has been a long and drawn out process, but I’m glad it’s done,” he added.

“A huge amount of work has gone into securing Aaron’s services and I’m delighted he is now with us.

“We believe he will fit in well with the options we have in the centre of the park as he is creative, a good passer and full of energy.

“We have a good history of signing young, dynamic midfielders and Aaron certainly fits that bill.”

The Club can confirm that Jarvis will wear the number six shirt this season.
