The Danske Bank Premiership resumes after it’s latest break and the Bannsiders boss is eyeing another three points.

Like every game, however, he is well aware his team will have to be at their best to keep their winning run going.

“The last few weeks have been good in terms of results and performances,” said Oran.

“It has been frustrating to have to stop again but I totally understand why in terms of where we are as a society.

“That’s why it’s great to see the testing coming in. The safety of the players and staff is of utmost importance.”

Kearney only has to reflect on the recent clash with Dungannon at Stangmore Park to realise that another tough test awaits.

“They took their chances on the night and we didn’t. It’s about scoring goals so they deserved their win.

“We are all aware easy games don’t exist in this league.”

The fact that football has been given the green light to resume is a positive in these dark days.

“We are both fortunate and grateful to be able to play,” continued Oran.

“It’s not ideal and not people’s normal fix but it generates interest and the live streams have been good.

“It was the correct decision to postpone games recently but now we are ready to go again.”
