COLERAINE FC would like to share the following press release…

A new partnership initiative involving Coleraine FC and the Harry Gregg Foundation has seen the creation of a collaborative sub group, with the specific remit of addressing the development of youth players and coaches and to further develop the pathway from youth to senior football in the greater Coleraine area.

As an initial investment Coleraine Football Club and Coleraine FC Academy are seeking to recruit a Head of Youth Development.

This paid full time role is for an initial fixed period of two years.

Coleraine FC and Coleraine FC Academy are seeking to recruit a Head of Youth Development.

The role will oversee the implementation of the development strategy and pathway of all players from Soccer School through to Under 20 and ultimately to Coleraine FC. The successful candidate will ensure that a strategic development plan for all players and coaches is implemented in line with the Club and Academy’s philosophy and values.

This role requires an enthusiastic individual with a clear passion for the long term development of young players.

Terms: This paid, full-time role is for an initial fixed period of two years.

Candidates should:

Hold UEFA “A” Licence or above

Have extensive experience of coaching and coach development

Have experience in identification and recruitment of players and coaches

Excellent IT, presentation and communication skills
