Kearney was quick to praise the large numbers that travelled up to the National Stadium and insists the North Coast will embrace the build up to another cup final.

The manager also highlighted his team’s management throughout the 90 minutes but believes they will have to do more of the same if they are to defeat Glentoran this weekend.

Coleraine defender Aaron Canning was also interviewed and he was relieved to finally be on the pitch after serving a suspension in the defeat to Institute, as well as stating that it’s important that the club set the bar high in terms of competing for trophies and European football.
