Official Coleraine Podcast: Episode 15

SUPPORTERS returned for Coleraine’s final game of the season against Linfield and with that, the club’s Official Podcast had an added fans’ fever as well…

The four guests discussed the magical atmosphere at the Bannsiders’ recent battle with Linfield as the Blues ran out League Champions following a point at the Ballycastle Road.

They also recapped what has been a memorable campaign once again for Oran Kearney’s side and gave an insightful preview into this weekend’s clash with Larne on the final day.

Messrs Mullan, White and Platt reflected on yesteryear and the ‘Super Stripes’ of the late 80’s and reflected on some messy nights in Europe over a decade ago.

Whilst Aaron, the younger statesman of the show, was able to bring things up to the modern day and share some knowledge on the heroics against NK Maribor in Slovenia last summer.

Stadium redevelopment plans was also a key topic for discussion as the four gentlemen recognised an excitement summer for all associated with the club as a state-of-the-art surface is set to be laid ahead of the new Danske Bank Premiership season.

As usual, the Chronicle’s Damian Mullan was on hosting duties, he was joined by regular guest Aaron O’Neill, Youths Director David Platt and lifelong Coleraine supporter Barry White as the quartet discussed all things stripes.
